One of my favorite pastimes is eating out! I'm not picky about the restaurant, I'm just happy to eat anywhere that doesn't require me to make the food. However, I'm also a penny pincher and love to eat out cheap! As a family of five (three kids) it can become rather expensive to take the whole family out even for just fast food. So I'm always on the look out for establishments that offer deals or freebies for kids meals. The following is the restaurants I have found in Central MN, but please help me expand the list....
TGIFridays (St. Cloud): Monday is kids night. All kids can eat off the children's menu for FREE! They also have a clown to make animal balloons as well as face painting. This is a favorite of ours.
Burger King (Clearwater): Tuesday night is kids night. Buy one Value Meal, get a kid's meal free.
Taco Johns (St. Cloud): Wednesday night is kids night.
Park Diner (Waite Park): $.50 kids meals on Wednesday's (per paying adult)
Buffalo Wild Wings (St. Cloud): $.99 kids meals on Wednesday nights.
Perkins (St. Cloud) Free kids meals after 4pm on Tuesdays, I believe.
La Casita (Waite Park): Free kids meals on Sunday (per paying adult) Limit two.
Denny's (Hudson, WI): Kids eat free on Tuesday nights.

Hey...I found your blog via Hip2Save and am excited to have someone in my "neck of the woods" that shops Cub. :) So far, I've done okay with grocery shopping it just takes me a LOT of time to plan out my strategies. I shop at County Market, Family Fresh, Cub and Rainbow foods.
ANYWAY, up by us (Hudson, WI just outside of St. Paul) kids eat free at Denny's on Tuesday nights. Just thought I'd pass that along. :)

I know the Burger King in Clearwater has a different special for kids night. I believe if you purchase a Value Meal then you get one kids meal free.

There is no kids eat free at the division and 25th McDonalds. The girl at the counter said they may have it at other locations, she didn't know.

Jimmy's in Sauk Rapids has Kids Eat for a Dollar on Mondays.
The McDonalds one is actually for the Hwy 10 location. I believe it is wednesdays 4-7pm. I think it is $1 kids meals (up to 2 per value meal)
